Jerome Cash, LPC

Jerome Cash is an African American from Cleveland Heights, Ohio, known for his resilience. After high school, he earned a psychology degree from the University of Akron and a master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Cleveland State University.

Jerome helps people with trauma, depression, and addiction, working with high schoolers, college students, adults, and couples. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, he aims to create real change in Greater Cleveland.

He co-founded Express Not Suppress, LLC (ENS) to improve mental and spiritual health care in Northeast Ohio, especially for underserved groups.

As a newly ordained Deacon at East Mount Zion Baptist Church, Jerome engages youth through SWAG Sundays, a mix of mental health awareness and fun. He is also involved with Lifeline Services, aiding families in the Fairfax community. He participates in events like the Teen Mental Health Summits and Ghetto Therapy, promoting open conversations about healing.

Jerome serves on the board of A Better Way Inc. Sobriety Living and uses Hip-hop Therapy as a "Cope Dealer Facilitator" to help clients express emotions and develop healthy coping mechanisms.

As a member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Inc., he is committed to service and leadership. In his free time, Jerome enjoys exercising, listening to music, and exploring new interests, but his main passion is helping youth transform their lives.
